Short Term Goals

Graduate from the PCNP program with a Master's in Science in Nursing from Auburn University in May 2023.
Pass the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) Certification exam on the first attempt.
Obtain a full-time position as a family nurse practitioner.

Goals- 1 Year:

To be practicing as a family nurse practitioner at a primary care clinic.
Continue building my practice while building trusting patient relationships and patient-centered care.
Provide quality, evidence-based patient care to my community.
Stay up to date with recent evidence and recommendations.
Be involved in local and national organizations including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Wiregrass Nurse Practitioners Organization.

I hope to be practicing to the full extent of my education and experience as a primary care provider.
Continue to stay up to date on the latest evidence-based practice and recommendations.
Stay involved and active in local and national NP organizations.
I plan to serve as a NP student preceptor to teach upcoming NPs.
I also plan to continue my education at Auburn University and apply to the DNP program.
